RETURN POLICY – 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Return policy for items purchased directly from us, the return is valid in case the item is not in the correct size, color or has any manufacturing problem or shipping damage, some charges may apply. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Eligibility for Return

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Under any circumstance, we accept returns over products for dangerous manipulation or inappropriate use of them.

Affiliated Calgary Online Marketplace Stores: Returns or exchanges from other affiliated stores is at the sole discretion of the retailer. Please, visit or contact your product or service provider for the Return or Exchange policy, as well as procedure, address and contact information for return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not subject to returns. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds could be granted: (if applicable)

* Book with visible signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record (opened).

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is fully complete.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund will be received.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be subject to a refund.

Gifts

If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate eventually will arrive at your location. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE:

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all sales are final, absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is defective.

TO RETURN MERCHANDISE BY MAIL, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Click on this link and print out our Return Form (PDF).

• Carefully fill in the details of your order on the form.

• Using the original packaging, package the items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

• Include the invoice (or copy of) of the original shipment with your order.

• Mail the package to our returns address located at the bottom of this page.

DISCOUNTS, SALES & PROMOTIONS

Calgary Online Marketplace reserves the right to change or discontinue a discount, sale or promotion at any time, without prior notice. We do not honor discounts after a limited time sale or promotion has expired. If you have received notification of a sale or promotion, please carefully check the date of expiry. Furthermore, Calgary Online Marketplace does not retroactively provide refunds to customers who have previously purchased full priced items before a sale promotion commences. Under any circumstance, you cannot return a full-priced item to receive a refund for the difference between regular and sale prices.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders by the next business day, during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm WEST

We do not process online orders placed on the weekends until the following business day.

*IMPORTANT: Please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends) for processing before your order arrives.
